At the district level, the implementation of the scheme has been entrusted to Zila Parishad or its equivalent. At the local level, the Gram Panchayat /Municipality would implement the scheme.
National Family Support Scheme- SankatMochan (NFBS):
(A) Eligibility Criteria:
The family should be in BPL List
The natural or accidental death of the main income earner of the family
Age of dead male or female should be more than 18 years and less than 60 years
Application to be submitted within 2 years after the death
(B) Benefits: Rs. 20,000/- to the family.
(C) Where to apply?
Apply to Respective Taluka Mamlatdar.
The Taluka Mamlatdars are authorized to approve or disapprove the assistance under this scheme. An appeal can be given to Prant Officer in 60 days in case of disapproval of the application.
Where To apply Gujarat Kutumb Sahay Yojana?
For an urban area one has to apply to the provincial office of that area.
For Gram Panchayat Area – Under this scheme application has to be made to the Deputy District Development Officer.
For Municipal Corporation Area – Commissioner UCD in Municipal Corporation Office. Must apply at the branch. The authority to sanction assistance under this scheme is vested in the above officer and the application form will also be available from his office.

લાભ કોને મળી શકે ?
-ગરીબી રેખા ૦ થી ર૦ નો સ્કોર ધરાવતા કુટુંબના મુખ્ય કમાઉ વ્યક્તિ (સ્ત્રી કે પૂરૂષ) નું મૃત્યુ કુદરતી રીતે અથવા અકસ્માત મૃત્યુ થાય તે કુટુંબને લાભ મળવાપાત્ર છે.
મૃત્યુ પામનાર પૂરૂષ કે સ્ત્રી ઉંમર ૧૮ વર્ષથી વધુ અને ૬૦ વર્ષથી ઓછી હોવી જોઇએ.
અવસાન થયાના ૨ વર્ષમાં અરજી કરવી જરૂરી.
લાભ શુ મળે ?
મુખ્ય કમાનારનું મૃત્યુ થતા કુટુંબને એક વખત રૂ. ૨૦,૦૦૦/- ની સહાય ડી.બી.ટી (ડાયરેક્ટ એકાઉન્ટ જમા) થી થાય છે.

અરજીપત્રક વિના મુલ્યે નીચેની કચેરીમાં પ્રાપ્ત છે.
જિલ્લા કલેક્ટર કચેરી.
પ્રાન્ત કચેરી.
તાલુકા મામલતદાર કચેરી અને જન સેવા કેન્દ્ર.
ગ્રામ પંચાયત કેન્દ્રના V.E.C કો. ઓપરેટર પાસેથી Digital Gujarat Portal પર ઓનલાઈન અરજી કરી શકાય.
અરજી ક્યાં કરવી ?
આ યોજના હેઠળ શહેરી કે ગ્રામ્ય તમામ વિસ્તાર માટે સંબંધિત તાલુકા મામલતદારને અરજી કરવાની રહે છે.
લાભાર્થીને સહાયની રકમ લાભાર્થીના એકાઉન્ટમાં ડી.બી.ટી. દ્રારા જમા કરાવવામાં આવે છે.
નોંધ : – આ યોજના હેઠળની રકમ મંજૂર કરવાની સત્તા તાલુકા મામલતદારશ્રીઓને છે.
Who can benefit Of Kutumb Sahay Yojana?
The main beneficiary of a family with a poverty line score of 0 to 20 (male or female) is entitled to benefit if the death occurs naturally or accidentally.
The deceased male or female must be above 18 years of age and under 30 years of age.Must apply within 3 years of death.
What are the benefits Of Kutumb Sahay Yojana?
Once the main earner’s family dies, Rs. 20,000 / – is provided through DBT (Direct Account Deposit).
