The Modi government at the Center has decided to provide a big facility to the ration card holders. The government has said in Parliament that you need to have a ration card to avail the ration facility. Informing the matter, Food and Public Distribution Minister Piyush Goyal told the MP that ration card holders no longer need to be given ration cards to facilitate rations.
People can take ration only by showing ration card there. So people have to go to the nearest ration shop where they live and give ration number and Aadhaar number. Then he will be able to get ration easily.
77 crore lots will get this benefit
Piyush Goyal said that the process of giving rations has been made easier by the new technique. Now the One Nation One Ration Card facility has been launched in the country. According to government figures, 77 crore people have so far been connected to the country through the One Nation One Ration Card. Of these, 96.8 per cent are in total ration card users. It includes people from 35 states and union territories.
