Supreme Court Recruitment: The Supreme Court Recruitment of India has invited applications for the post of Junior Translator. A total of 25 vacancies are available for candidates to apply. The application process for the Supreme Court Recruitment 2022 (SC Recruitment 2022) has started from April 18, 2022 i.e. today. Interested candidates can apply on the official website of the Supreme Court of India - main.sci.gov.in. Court Assistant - Junior Translator posts are placed in Level 7 of SC's Pay Matric.
Supreme Court Recruitment: Which languages can be applied for?
The recruitment, issued by the Supreme Court, will be for Assamese, Bengali, Telugu, Gujarati, Urdu, Marathi, Tamil, Kannada, Malayalam, Manipuri, Oriya, Punjabi and Nepali languages.
Candidates who have graduated in English and related local language subject are eligible to apply. Candidates must have two years of experience in translation from English to the local language and from the local language to English.
Candidates between the ages of 18 to 32 can apply. However, age concessions will be given to candidates falling in the reserved category as per government rules.
Supreme Court Recruitment: How to apply?

- Click on Recruitment on the home page.
Click on “Apply for Court Assistant - Junior Translator” to open a new page.
- Then fill the application form and upload the required documents.
- Now submit the form by paying the application fee.
- Download your form and keep a print of it.
Candidates coming in General and OBC category have to pay Rs. 500 will have to be paid. This fee will be non-refundable. While SC, ST and Ex-Servicemen, PH and Freedom Fighters category candidates will be charged a fee of Rs. 250 will have to be paid.
Payment can be made through online payment gateway while applying. The deadline to apply is May 14, 2022 at 11:59 p.m.

Supreme Court Recruitment: Selection Process
There will be three rounds for Supreme Court recruitment for Junior Translator.
Round 1 - General English, written test of general knowledge
-Translation from English to any language
-Translation from any language into English
Round 2 - Typing speed test at 35 wpm (words per minute) for English and 25 wpm for local language on computer
Round 3 - Vaiva
To qualify for the post of Junior Translator, candidates must obtain at least 60 percent marks and an average of 60 percent marks in each round. Exam dates will be announced later.
